How to speak at Regular Meetings of Council :
Any person, association, organization, wishing to address council must submit a request to the clerk at least ten (10) calendar days before the meeting. The request must be submitted in writing by completing an Appearing Before Council form Appendix A – Appearing before council.pdf form form per s. 10(d) of By-Law 30-2023 A By-Law Respecting the Proceedings of Council and Administration.
Final approval for all applications is decided by the Mayor.
