Nominate a Community Leader – 2026 New Brunswick Human Rights Awards
Do you know an individual or organization making a meaningful difference in your community?
The New Brunswick Human Rights Commission is now accepting nominations for the 2026 New Brunswick Human Rights Awards, which recognize individuals, youth, and organizations doing outstanding work to promote human rights, fairness, equality, and respect in New Brunswick.
Since 1988, the Awards have celebrated New Brunswickers from all walks of life whose leadership, initiative, and dedication to human rights have helped shape a more welcoming and inclusive province for all.
Consider nominating community leaders in one of the following categories:
• The New Brunswick Human Rights Award, honouring exceptional contributions by individuals or organizations advancing human rights, equality, diversity, and inclusion;
• The Youth Human Rights Award, recognizing young leaders, under the age of 25, who are helping build a better future for our province.
