If you are attending Spookfest, here’s what you need to know: 12:00 -3:00 PM – Inside and Outside of Hanwell Place:
- Halloween-themed activities like monster crafts, surprise stations, games and a whole of treats!
- Touch-a-truck with the Upper Kingsclear Fire Department!
- FREE BBQ!
Come dressed up in your best costumes and have an afternoon of fun!
7:00-9:30 PM – The Haunted Trail! Things take an eerie, SPOOKY turn at 7:00… 
All the hard work of our participants in the station-building competition will pay off as darkness falls and you begin your tour of the wildest and weirdest walk through the Haunted Trail! For those who may want to stay indoors, we will be continuing to run all Spookfest activities from 7:00 – 9:30 PM.9:45 – all stations will begin tear-down. The Hanwell Haunted Trail is BACK! If you are registering your team, here’s what you need to know: We are looking for teams/groups/individuals to help us turn our Hanwell Recreation Park Trails into the spookiest trail in the region!Each group will have a dedicated section of trail that they will be able to decorate in Halloween-theme style. We are giving away $1000 in cash prizes!! 1st place will take home $500, 2nd place will take home $300 and 3rd place will get $200.It is FREE to register, all you have to do is follow the link to Eventbrite and reserve your spot!http://www.eventbrite.ca/e/hanwells-haunted-trail-tickets
- Groups can come as early as 9AM to start setting up their station.
- All stations must be set up by 6PM and teams must be ready to greet the community by 7 PM when the trail opens.
