We’re hiring 7–8 passionate students to work with rural communities across the region to boost digital skills, support small businesses, and drive innovation—all while gaining valuable, paid work experience.
Position Duration: May 12 – August 15, 2025
Hours: 36.25/week
Pay: C$17.67/hour
Location: Community-based (some hybrid/remote elements possible)________________________________________
As a Community Digital Ambassador, you’ll:
Work directly with businesses to support their digital marketing, websites, and e-commerce Run training workshops for residents on digital tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and more Help communities access e-services in banking, healthcare, education, and beyond Gain real-world experience in community engagement, tech adoption, and digital strategy________________________________________
What We’re Looking For:
Students with strong communication skills and a passion for community building
Comfort with tech tools like social media platforms, Canva, Zoom, Microsoft Office, Google Suite
Creative thinkers, self-starters, and problem-solvers who want to make a difference________________________________________
